Jasira must somehow convince the young warrior that they are two halves of one
soul without chasing him off Surreal, leaving her to a lonely existence as

Seacat Warrior John McCall is tortured by the unknown. He fears his families safety yet is uncertain
if they are even alive. Since his ship
was destroyed during war and he was now stranded in an unknown city in an
effort to get back to his kind, he is bewildered and astonished that things
aren’t what they seem in Surreal, the city he is now growing to admire and
detest.
He is then later baffled and confused because he finds
himself falling in love with Jasira who is of the mist but he suspects is a
ghost. The soultry chemistry between the
two soon has you believing that love can conquer all. Their passion soon ignites things in John he
never knew he could obtain but of course he can’t control it nor wants to.
This was a love story and adventure worth the read. Jessica managed to keep me hooked after the
first chapter and I hope she continues on with her quest as an author, she certainly made me a fan. Would certainly love to see John and Jasira’s
love continue and anticipate a sequel.
